Evaluation
First of all, this is called Hera-Ur Senpai. It is from the PAD Academy collab. It is effectively a replacement for Hera-Ur, and can be obtained by farming the PAD Academy dungeon, which has a fairly high drop rate. I wouldn't recommend using it for everything, but if you're a new player who can run this dungeon, keep her. She is a somewhat weaker version of Awoken Dancing Queen, Hera-Ur, and is MUCH easier to obtain.
There are collabs for the other Heras as well, Hera-Is is PAD Island, Hera-Ur is PAD Academy, Hera-Beorc is June Bride, and I have yet to see Hera-Sowilo.
For New Players
You cannot roll this, or any of the other collab Heras. If you get one from the dungeons, keep it, as you may have saved yourself from having to run Descend dungeons, if only temporarily.
