Fog Chimera
Evaluation
With only mediocre stats, and better alternatives available for any intents and purposes, Chimeras are only good as fodders for your other monsters. And due to its higher EXP curve than other popular dark type fodders such as 
Black Knight, with one exception below, it is usually not worth powering them up for feeding either.
For New Players
If you have a monster such as 
Moondragon Lunar D'spinas that can benefit, you can save some Fog Chimeras for skill up. Also keep in mind that a level 5 Mist Chimera is enough to max a 
Dark Pengdra. If you are not pressed for monster box space, power Mist Chimeras up to level 5 then save them for the next Pengdra Village, or when you pull a Dark Pengdra from the Pal Egg Machine. Otherwise feed them to your other dark type monsters.
Background
In Greek mythology, chimeras are creatures with a lion's body, a goat's head, and a tail that ended in a snake's head.
Mist and Fog Chimeras are the sleepy ones.
