Super Gunma
Evaluation
Good stats for a farmable god as a sub, but that is just about it. Skill set is for the most part pathetic: Damage and healing capacity of the Active skill is too low, although a 
Princess Valkitty team will love a max-skilled Super Gunma as it affords complete control of her power output. Leader skill has too low multiplier, and is not that easy to activate to start with. Awoken skills also is nothing to write home about.
Overall, this is a monster with only very niche uses.
For New Players
To raise one, you need to farm Gunma Collab (quite literally!) a lot when it opens to gather a big supply of everything within. If you do not have a niche where Gunma suits well, don't bother taking Daruma this far.
Background
The leader skill took its name from the game its collab is about. Its artwork has a map of Gunma Prefecture in the background.
