I've pulled both Gold Pirate (http://pad.wikia.com/wiki/Gold_Pirate) and Black Pirate (http://pad.wikia.com/wiki/Black_Pirate) from the PAL machine, but their entries say they aren't available there. I have to assume that the other three pirates are available, too, but I have no proof.

I just pulled a green pirate from the machine and it is not listed in the ongoing event description,so I guess we can really pull all kinds of pirates from PEM machine.
